SCHOLARSHIPS FROM HARVARD UNIVERSITY Harvard University’s John F. Kennedy School of Government and the Joint Japan/World Bank Graduate Scholarship Program announce scholarships for study toward the Master of Public Administration in International Development (MPA/ID). Taught be a world-renowned faculty, including economists Jeffrey Sachs and Dani Rodrik, the MPA/ID aims to promote sustainable economic growth with equity and social justice in an interdependent world. For exceptional, motivated people from all over the world with strong math and economic backgrounds, the program deepens and expands analytical skills through intensive coursework. Summer internships in international settings offer real world experience. Students will develop tools to become leading development analysts and practitioners. Full scholarships are available for citizens of World Bank borrowing member countries, including full tuition, a monthly stipend and round-trip airfare. Applicants must demonstrate competence in economics and quantitative analysis and the potential for leadership in international evelopment. Students enter the program directly from undergraduate colleges and universities, and from positions in government, central and regional banks, international development institutions, non-governmental organizations, and private businesses.
